Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of hybrid AI systems that bridge classical computing and emerging quantum technologies.
- Define and implement the strategic roadmap for AI integration across all Nexus Future Systems products, ensuring readiness for the 2026 tech landscape.
- Oversee the research and development of generative AI models with a focus on energy efficiency and ethical bias mitigation.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Ensure all systems comply with upcoming global AI regulations and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Quantum Computing.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) or a strong theoretical background in quantum mechanics.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at the executive level.
