Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Python on AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams through full development lifecycle from ideation to production
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent company at tech conferences
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ in senior roles
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams and delivering complex projects
- Strong background in microservices architecture and distributed systems
