Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud solutions using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through our tech excellence program
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Implement security best practices across microservices architecture
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in distributed systems development
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with cloud-native patterns
- AWS/GCP certification (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Strong background in container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
