Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure including cloud environments and hybrid systems
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection, vulnerability assessments, and compliance frameworks
- Manage enterprise software deployment lifecycle across multiple platforms
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for critical systems and resolve complex escalations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Document system architecture and maintain operational documentation
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
- Expertise in at least two of: AWS/Azure, Cisco networking, cybersecurity frameworks
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Relevant industry certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNP, CISSP, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Eligible for US work authorization (visa sponsorship provided)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
