Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps automation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews ensuring security best practices and performance standards
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders and clients
- Drive innovation through hackathons and technology R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale SaaS projects
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and JIRA
- CI/CD automation experience with Terraform/Ansible
- Excellent problem-solving skills with system design experience
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
