Responsibilities
- Architect and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure solutions with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead containerization initiatives using Kubernetes and Docker
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment cycles
- Implement robust security frameworks for cloud environments
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct design reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in cloud infrastructure with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in AWS/GCP services (EC2, S3, Lambda, GKE)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in Linux systems administration
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- CI/CD pipeline expertise (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
