Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure best practices in software engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and Node.js.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
