Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using AWS and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous deployment
- Optimize database performance for high-transaction systems
- Lead cross-functional agile ceremonies and technical planning
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- Expertise in Java/Python and cloud-native architectures
- Strong background in distributed systems and event-driven design
- Proven experience leading technical projects from conception to deployment
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with fintech or payment systems preferred
