Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and ensure best practices for security and performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the company.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and drive architectural improvements across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Eligibility to work in the USA and willingness to relocate to Columbus, OH.
