Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure code scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews to foster team growth.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex backend issues in real-time.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Deep experience with backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL databases and NoSQL solutions (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote/hybrid environment.
