Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of new features, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and uphold coding standards.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance in a cloud-native environment.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, or C++).
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and willing to relocate to Arlington, TX.
