Responsibilities
- Provide tier-one technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical customers in a clear, professional manner.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify and resolve system inefficiencies.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our CRM database.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to master new technologies and protocols.
Qualifications
