Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications and APIs using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define requirements, create technical specifications, and deliver features on time.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement best practices for security and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical roadmap and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain and maintain a valid US work visa or eligibility for sponsorship.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
