Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure including cloud systems and network security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues and system integrations
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and incident response planning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT solutions aligned with business objectives
- Document IT processes, create technical documentation, and maintain system architecture diagrams
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee technology procurement to optimize IT investments
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct regular training sessions on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive IT experience with focus on infrastructure and cybersecurity
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs) and compliance frameworks
- Professional certifications (CompTIA Security+, CCNP, CISSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
- Proven experience with ITIL processes and project management methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
