Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance, ensure database efficiency, and implement robust security measures.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from architectural planning to deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced agile environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and at least one backend language (Java, C#, or Python).
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Authorization: Eligibility to work in the US and willingness to sponsor an employment visa if necessary.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
