Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and design teams to define and implement features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical vision and architecture of the company's core platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Go, TypeScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to be sponsored for a work visa.
