Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and bugs.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high security and reliability standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development and system architecture.
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to obtain US work authorization (H1B, O1, E3, or other visa status).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
