Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring a seamless user experience across all devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and standards.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proven experience with Visa Sponsorship processes and relocation support.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with SQL databases and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a flexible, remote-friendly environment.
