Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Architect robust backend systems and design intuitive user interfaces in collaboration with product managers and designers.
- Conduct code reviews, perform rigorous testing, and debug complex technical issues to ensure system reliability.
- Optimize application performance and ensure seamless integration with third-party APIs and databases.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and technical architecture discussions.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on backend or full-stack technologies.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or Node.js and experience with frameworks such as Spring, Django, or Express.
- Experience working with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database technologies, including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
- Eligibility to obtain and work under a valid U.S. work visa, with a willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process.
