Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software solutions supporting Dallas-based operations

- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Python, Java, or C# with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and REST APIs
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Understanding of US tech market requirements and compliance
