The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of software development, from initial design and architecture to deployment and maintenance. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable software.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software applications using modern web technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to define features and user experience requirements.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bottlenecks, and performance problems to ensure system stability.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Experience with back-end technologies including Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
