- Contribute to open-source projects and represent company at tech conferences
- Conduct rigorous testing and ensure production-level reliability
- Drive innovation in microservices architecture and containerization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise in AWS/GCP with hands-on infrastructure-as-code experience
- Strong background in distributed systems and database optimization
- Proven track record of shipping production code at scale
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent communication skills with remote team leadership experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system architecture projects
- CI/CD proficiency (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar)
