Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product managers, designers, QA) to define requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews and unit testing.
- Optimization: Analyze application performance bottlenecks and implement strategies to improve speed and efficiency.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex technical issues and troubleshoot production incidents with minimal downtime.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical roadmap and best practices of the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is accepted.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#. Strong experience with frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Spring.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
