The Role:
You will be responsible for architecting scalable software solutions, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. This is a critical role in our growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to define features and improve user interfaces.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Optimization: Identify and implement performance improvements to ensure the application runs smoothly under high load.
- Testing: Develop and execute comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee software reliability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, or similar modern frameworks.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Databases: Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
