Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead technical architecture discussions and drive best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and engineers, to deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability across various environments.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective, long-term solutions.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases, and experience with ORM tools.
- Proven ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment and adapt to changing requirements quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
