Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and established coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define features and specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance and security.
- Deployment: Participate in the CI/CD pipeline and deployment processes to ensure smooth releases.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Language: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with RESTful APIs and database management systems (SQL/NoSQL).
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
