Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement robust, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (Java, Spring Boot, React).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Problem Solving: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and optimize performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to guarantee software reliability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on backend systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, SQL, and NoSQL databases. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is highly desirable.
- Agile: Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
