Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern languages and frameworks.
- Lead architectural discussions and make critical technical decisions that align with business goals.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high standards of quality, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and deliverables.
- Debug complex system issues and implement robust solutions to minimize downtime.
- Drive continuous improvement of our CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and technical growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
- Extensive experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) and SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in an Agile/Scrum development lifecycle.
