Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of microservices architecture using AWS/Azure
- Mentor 3-4 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Drive adoption of DevOps best practices including infrastructure as code
- Contribute to open-source projects and represent the company at tech meetups
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Python, Go, or Java with cloud platform proficiency
- Proven track record of building production-grade distributed systems
- Strong background in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
