Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices solutions using Go and Python
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.99% uptime systems
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement robust monitoring and incident response protocols
- Drive cloud cost optimization initiatives across AWS/GCP environments
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical publications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with cloud-native applications
- Expertise in at least two modern programming languages (Go, Python, Java preferred)
- Proven track record leading production systems serving 1M+ users
- Advanced AWS/GCP certification (Solutions Architect or equivalent)
- Strong background in Kubernetes orchestration and Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with distributed systems design and performance tuning
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
