Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across the full stack.
- Coding Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality products.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.
- Debugging: Troubleshoot complex issues and resolve technical debt efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java.
- Tools: Strong experience with RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
