- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Optimize database performance using PostgreSQL and Redis
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver SaaS solutions
- Implement security best practices (OAuth, encryption)
- Drive technical debt reduction through refactoring initiatives
Qualifications
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience
- Expert in Java, Python, and cloud-native technologies
- AWS/Azure certification required
- Financial services domain knowledge preferred
- Proven leadership in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong background in distributed systems design
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
