Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize application performance, latency, and overall system reliability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Identify technical debt and implement strategies to refactor legacy systems.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
- Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
