Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data acquisition to model deployment

- mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expertise in Python, R, and SQL with proficiency in machine learning frameworks
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Clearances for federal government projects preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
