Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and technical reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization and DevOps practices
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct code profiling and performance optimization
- Drive security best practices across development lifecycle
- Participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years in professional software development with cloud platforms
- Expertise in at least one modern language (Python/Java/Go)
- Proven experience with microservices architecture and containerization
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and database design
- Excellent problem-solving skills with algorithmic thinking
