Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using AWS/GCP
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Architect secure cloud infrastructure solutions for enterprise clients
- Drive agile development sprints and sprint planning ceremonies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Automate testing infrastructure using Selenium and Jest
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development (Python/Java/Go)
- Expertise with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization
- Strong background in DevOps practices and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Relocation commitment to Memphis, TN required
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI)
- Security-first development mindset with OWASP knowledge
