Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) across the organization.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware, including servers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage server operating systems (Windows Server, Linux) and database management systems.
- Ensure network security protocols are followed to protect sensitive data.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular backups to prevent data loss.
- Provide technical support and training to internal staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in systems administration or IT support.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Willingness and eligibility to work in the United States with visa sponsorship.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
