Responsibilities
- Architect scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through agile sprints
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Implement microservices with Go/Python

Qualifications
- 5+ years in backend development with Go/Python
- Expertise in distributed systems & microservices
- Strong AWS/GCP certification (or equivalent)
- Proven track record with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Experience leading tech migration projects
- Bachelor's in CS or equivalent practical experience
