Responsibilities
- Design & Develop: Architect and implement scalable web applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and features.
- Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure high-speed user experiences.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Security: Implement robust security measures to protect data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Core Tech: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript (React/Vue), and SQL databases.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Tools: Strong familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
