Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase, refactoring legacy systems as needed.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from design to deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
