Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure software solutions using modern technologies (e.g., React, Node.js, Python).
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- System Optimization: Collaborate with the team to optimize application performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and high availability.
- Mentorship: Lead code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and assist in the deployment of updates to production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React (frontend) and Node.js or Python (backend).
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud: Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
