Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Lead architectural discussions and drive technical decisions to ensure system stability and scalability.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with experience in React or Angular for frontend development.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
