Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; perform thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers in a remote-first agile environment.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance and user experience.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
- Security: Ensure application security standards are met and vulnerabilities are addressed promptly.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for work in the United States and willing to participate in the visa sponsorship process.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
