Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure code quality and best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security for enterprise-level impact.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in technical architecture planning.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Mesa, AZ immediately.
