Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate in rigorous code reviews.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and implement efficient algorithms to optimize system performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers.
- Deployment: Collaborate with DevOps to ensure smooth CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all engineering processes and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. Experience with React, Node.js, or AWS is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile: Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
