Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern architectures.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Lead technical initiatives, perform root cause analysis for complex bugs, and optimize application performance.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's technical knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (SQL, MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
