Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for maximum efficiency.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar modern programming languages.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
