Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable microservices and cloud-native applications using modern architectures.
- Lead code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Maintain and optimize existing legacy systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably with Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) – essential for our international collaboration.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
