Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, network hardware, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor system security
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support for complex IT issues
- Manage Active Directory, VPN, and remote access systems
- Document IT procedures and maintain accurate system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technology initiatives
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software conflicts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Proficiency with Windows Server, VMware, and Azure/AWS
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, or Cisco) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
