Responsibilities
- Architect and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies (Java, Python, or JavaScript).
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers.
- Optimize application performance, database queries, and cloud infrastructure for maximum efficiency.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience in a corporate environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following: Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript (React/Vue).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Eligibility to work in the United States and willingness to undergo the visa sponsorship process.
